You don't need to change mailboxes or rebuild your whole platform to try the service. Email Protection sits in front of your current server and filters inbound mail before delivering it.

How it works
A gateway in front of your mail server.
- Your domain's public MX points to the SIINCO gateway.
- The gateway checks every inbound message: spam, viruses and attachments.
- Clean mail is delivered to your authorized server; suspicious mail stays in quarantine.
- You review quarantine, lists, tracking and reports from the SIINCO portal.
The gateway is a Proxmox Mail Gateway (PMG) managed by SIINCO. Its native panel and administrative access are not exposed: you operate it from SIINCO's own surfaces.
Limits
What this service does not do
Email Protection is inbound filtering. It does not include, and we do not promise:
- Uniform protection of outbound mail.
- Post-delivery analysis through an API.
- Advanced sandboxing.
- Zero Trust or XDR.
- Advanced AI-based BEC fraud detection.
- URL rewriting or advanced URL defense.
- DLP (data loss prevention).
- Email continuity or an emergency inbox.
- Microsoft 365 backup.
- Legal archiving.
- Managed end-to-end encryption.
- Protection for Teams, SharePoint or OneDrive.
- Comprehensive automatic response to a compromised account.
- Per-domain gateway redundancy or failover.
- A specific anti-phishing module as a certified capability: filtering uses heuristics and rules that help against phishing, without promising absolute protection.
Quarantine is not a backup or a historical archive.
Compatibility
It works as an SMTP/MX gateway with platforms that let you change the MX, receive filtered mail from SIINCO and configure the gateway's routing and trust; for example Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zimbra. It is an inbound gateway, not an API integration with each provider.
If your email is with SIINCO, it's already included
Professional and Business Email already include this protection: it is not charged separately and there is no double charge. Filtering, domain authentication and email protection are part of the service; they are not an add-on you turn on after the incident. Email Protection is for domains whose mailboxes live on another platform.

One price per protected mailbox.
- Prices plus VAT. Each service protects one domain; for several domains, one service per domain.
- Billing-cycle discount on the list price: quarterly 2%, semiannual 4%, annual 6%.
- Payment by bank transfer: an additional 4%.
- During a promotion only the larger discount applies and there is no bank-transfer discount.

- Tell us the domain and how many mailboxes you want to protect.
- We validate your destination mail server.
- We give you the DNS/MX instructions.
- We validate the routing and turn protection on.
Support covers the gateway, quarantine, lists, misdetections and the flow up to the gateway's edge. It does not include managing your Microsoft or Google tenant, repairing your destination server or migrating email; that work is quoted as a professional service.
