When it applies
Included support is not billed by the hour.
The ordinary support included in a SIINCO product is not billed by the hour. Work counts as a Professional Service when it is outside the product's normal scope: special configuration, integration, a migration not included, third-party troubleshooting, scripting, architecture, auditing or a special project.

What SIINCO operates
- Infrastructure, network and firewall.
- Operating system and platform components.
- Supported runtimes.
- Web and database services within the contracted scope.
- TLS certificates.
- DNS, email, backups and monitoring when they are part of the product.
- Fixing faults attributable to the SIINCO platform.
What stays yours, unless you hire it out
- Code and content.
- CMS, plugins and themes.
- Your application's frameworks and dependencies.
- Your code's compatibility with the supported runtimes.
- Third-party integrations.
- Functional changes and development.
Within included support we look into the case, give you logs and evidence, identify obvious incompatibilities, switch to a supported runtime when possible and restore from backup within the product's scope. When solving it takes specialized investigation, code changes, debugging or prolonged intervention, the work becomes a Professional Service.
Before billing
First we find out whose problem it is.
Normal product support is not billed; the diagnosis of responsibility is not charged retroactively.

Consulting and Projects
By quote
Architecture, security, auditing, design, complex migrations, integrations and senior escalation. We send you a proposal with scope and price before we start.
Request a quote- Prices in Mexican pesos, plus VAT. No billing-cycle discounts apply.
- Payment by bank transfer: 4% off Technical Execution ($854.40 per hour + VAT).
- During a promotion only the promotion applies and there is no bank-transfer discount.
- On-site and after-hours work is quoted specifically. Travel, per diem and other expenses are not included in the remote rate.
